Thanks to the constant search for top-quality produce from Italian supply chains, organic farming and the constant study of flours and their use, Mani Pizza e Cucina offers a unique dining experience.
If you opt for pizza or Recco-type focaccia, you can choose from different types of dough such as gluten-free (only for pizza), classic, multi-grain and black charcoal, all of which are handmade and naturally leavened and therefore very easy to digest, which in turn helps to enhance the flavour of the ingredients used for the toppings.
The cuisine is no less impressive offering simple but carefully prepared dishes such as Neapolitan fried food, our fresh egg pasta handmade by our chefs, traditional dishes and homemade desserts skilfully created by our pastry chef.
