FLAUER ALASSIO: FLOWERS, HERBS AND TASTE

A rose-scented cocktail, a wild herb dish, a begonia-flavoured ice cream, Flauer Alassio, at its first edition, will introduce you to the properties of flowers and plants and the deep connection between food and territory.

This April event, from Friday 4 to Sunday 6, dedicates three days to anyone with a keen interest in good food, hiking and foraging (picking wild herbs and plants) and of botanical mixology, the art of cocktail preparation. 
Through the tastings, workshops, show cooking, talks and guided walks, you can learn how to recognise wild plants that grow on my hills, as a heritage to be protected and used for the preparation of innovative dishes, infusions, cocktails, and for various uses even in the artistic field. 

An event with a Mediterranean touch with recipes inspired by the authentic scents and flavours of Liguria and Sicily, the host region of the 2025 edition.

Cooking show and tastings

A real treat to see chefs, bartenders and experts in action as they prepare delicacies with flowers and tell little secrets of the trade. 

Excursions and guided tours

Immerse yourself in nature and awaken your 5 senses. Come and walk through the scents and colours of my Mediterranean maquis in the company of expert guides. Get to know, admire and photograph beautiful butterflies, varieties of flowers and many wild herbs in their natural environment.

Discovering Liguria

My central Piazza Partigiani is transformed into a lively exhibition space: local companies, artisans and producers present and sell their specialities in a local market. An opportunity to know the food, wine, art and craft excellences made in Liguria.

You can also enjoy an exciting experience by wearing a 3D visor that will allow you to virtually visit the protected area of the Ligurian Alps Park.  You will feel as if you are ascending a climbing wall, flying a paraglider, riding a mountain bike in the woods or canyoning through the waters of a stream.
